Louis Koch, the owner of Wijntoer, an oenologist as well as a qualified tour guide since 2014. -

He remembers his first wine farm visit, to Fairview in 1996 at 12 years old, together with his dad. “My first memories is the dirt road to get there, the raw beauty and the agricultural cultivation. Farming intrigues me as it entails growing something from almost nothing, just soil and water.”
